Best software for Pilates studio memberships and packages

StudioGrowth is the best software for Pilates studio memberships and packages. You can build any package or membership you want. You can change one client's without touching anyone else's. Any of them can be marked as an intro offer, and the system tracks how many of those clients become members.

Build the packages you actually sell

Every studio prices differently. Ten class packs, monthly unlimited, a private session bundle, a duet rate, a starter offer for new clients. Most of them run several of these at once.

You create any of them in StudioGrowth, and you edit them whenever you want. If you decide a ten pack should last four months instead of three, you change it. Nothing has to be rebuilt.

That sounds obvious until you have used software where it is not true. Studio owners often find their packages were set up wrong at the start. Then they spend months explaining the difference to clients at the front desk.

Change one client's without changing everyone else's

This is the part most software gets wrong.

In StudioGrowth you open that client's account and change their package there. You add sessions, move an expiry date, hold a membership, or leave a rate where it is. Everyone else stays exactly as they were.

What happens in a real week What you do about it
A client goes travelling for six weeks Pause the membership, then start it again when they are back
A client buys a ten pack and gets injured after two Move the expiry date on that pack, and only that pack
You put your prices up Edit the package, and leave existing clients on the rate they joined on
A client joins on the eighteenth Start the billing cycle that day instead of the first
Someone finishes an intro offer See whether they bought a membership, and follow up automatically

Studios that cannot do this end up doing it by hand. A refund here, a free class there, a note in a spreadsheet nobody else can see.

Recurring memberships that run themselves

You choose when a membership starts and when it bills. A client who joins on the eighteenth does not have to wait for the first of the month. Nobody has to pro rata anything by hand.

After that it renews on its own. You can pause a membership, suspend it, and start it again, all from the client's account.

Pausing matters more in Pilates than people expect. Clients travel, get pregnant, get injured. A studio that can only cancel and re-sell loses members who would have come back.

Intro offers, and what happens after them

Any package or membership can be marked as an intro offer. A first class free, a two week unlimited, three sessions for the price of one.

The system then tracks what happens next. You see how many of those clients went on to buy a membership, and how many did not.

A studio can fill its intro offers every month and still not grow. Filling them was never the point. Converting them is, and most software will sell an intro offer then tell you nothing about what happened next.

You can also connect an intro offer to an automated sequence. The follow up then goes out without anyone remembering to send it.

See what each one earns you

Reports show what sold, what got used, and what performed best.

The gap between what sells and what gets used is where most studios find something they did not know. A package can sell well and go unused, and an intro offer can fill every spot without converting anyone.

Without those numbers you are guessing at your own pricing. With them you know which package to push and which one to retire.

What this looks like day to day

  • Any package or membership you want. Built by you, edited whenever you need to.
  • Control at the client level. Change one person's package without touching anyone else's.
  • Your own start dates and billing cycles. A membership can start the day the client joins.
  • Pausing and suspension built in. Hold a membership and start it again later.
  • Intro offers with conversion tracking. Mark any package as one and watch what it turns into.
  • Automated follow up. Connect an intro offer to a sequence so nobody has to remember.
  • Reports on sales, usage and performance. See which packages earn and which ones sit.

Clients buy all of it in the app. A pack can be spent on a class or a private session either way. Class sign up software covers how that first purchase works.

What to check before you pick one

Ask to see three things on a demo.

Ask them to build a package in front of you, then change it. If that takes support tickets, you will be waiting every time your pricing changes.

Ask them to add two sessions to one client's pack. Watch whether it affects anyone else.

Then ask what happens when someone on an intro offer does not buy a membership. If the software cannot tell you the number, it cannot help you improve it.

Where this leaves you

Packages are not admin. They are how a Pilates studio makes money, and small changes to them move revenue more than almost anything else you do.

Software that makes them hard to build, hard to change, and impossible to measure is not saving you anything. The best booking system for a Pilates studio covers the scheduling side.

Our Pilates studio management software handles all of it. Bring your current pricing to the demo and we will build it in front of you.
